Account Registration and Security

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus Terms

75bg offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

  • Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal.
  • The welcome bonus applies only once, on the first deposit.
  • Bonus cash cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
  • The period to meet the wagering requirement begins from the date the bonus is credited.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.

VIP and Loyalty Bonus Terms

75bg has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

  • Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
  • Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
  • Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Cashback is credited to the account every Monday (Bangladesh Standard Time). No wagering requirement applies to cashback amounts.

Bonus Abuse Prevention

If a user attempts to abuse bonuses or circumvent the terms to claim a bonus, 75bg may cancel the bonus and suspend the account. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

  • Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
  • Attempting to meet wagering requirements through coordinated betting.
  • Requesting a bonus using third-party funds.

Fair Play and Gaming Rules

All games on 75bg are conducted fairly and transparently. The rules below apply to all games operated on the platform.

RNG and Fairness

Technical Issues Policy

If a server or network disruption occurs during a game, 75bg will attempt to refund the bet where applicable. However, if the disconnection is due to the user's device or internet connection, no compensation will apply.

Prohibited Activities

Special Sports Betting Rules

75bg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account under certain circumstances.

Grounds for Account Closure

  • Bonus abuse or fraudulent behaviour.
  • Suspicious money laundering activity through the account.
  • Age limit violation (under 21 years).
  • Prolonged inactivity.

Voluntary Account Closure
